Positive Diet

This week I started on the Elimination Diet. Doctor?s orders. Apparently there is some sort of allergen causing problems in my stomach, sooooo for six weeks I am eliminating gluten, dairy, sugar and a whole host of other foods from my diet. My first thoughts were ?Oh no, this is awful. Is there anything I can eat?? But then as I began to look at the plan, I realized there was a long list of good, wholesome foods that I can eat.
