TIRED OF TRYING TO BE PERFECT?
Jun 28th
Are you broken and wounded? Has life been hard–really hard? A few years ago my life was absolutely pitiful. My body devastated from painful disease, I was homebound and isolated. Depression clouded my heart so that I even thought about the benefits of being in heaven, and out of pain. As I read Rebecca Dunning’s post I can see myself in her shoes. ARE YOU A GOOD PERSON? Many people wrestle with that question, imagining that if they only follow a certain set of rules they have made it into heaven. However, my guest author, Sunny McMurry, realized “good” doesn’t cut it when compared to a holy God. I know many women can relate to Sunny’s story of faith unveiled when confronted with the truth of the Bible. If you’d like to visit Sunny’s blog and give her a few words of encouragement, find her at http://motheringbyfaith.blogspot.com/. * * * * *
